6. Child Safety and Prohibited Conduct (CSAE)

Rump4t maintains strict child safety standards and explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). The following activities are expressly forbidden on our platform:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that depicts or promotes CSAE.
• Soliciting, contacting, or engaging minors for sexual purposes or any illegal exploitation.
• Using Rump4t to arrange or facilitate abuse or exploitation of minors.

Violations of these standards will result in immediate action including account suspension, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities as required by law.

7. In-App Reporting and Feedback

Rump4t includes an in-app mechanism that allows users to report abusive content, suspicious behavior, or suspected CSAE. When a report is submitted through the app or via childsafety@aksiteknologi.com, our team will review and take appropriate action in a timely manner in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, contact us immediately at childsafety@aksiteknologi.com so we can promptly remove the data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We will also notify users via in-app notices or email when required.

10. Syarat dan Ketentuaan keanggotaan Rump4t

Syarat menjadi anggota : anggota adalah personal pensiunan/mantan pegawai PT. PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN (PERSERO) Tbk. Atau pegawai aktif yang diangkat oleh rapat paguyuban. Ketentuan Umum untuk menjadi anggota :

• Pegawai dengan status PBT/PBK : Pensiun biasa, mengundurkan diri, penugasan ke BUMN lain.
• Pegawai dengan status PBKL : Pensiun biasa, telah bekerja minimal 20 tahun.
• Pegawai dengan status Kontrak/KKWT : telah bekerja minimal 20 tahun, karyawan yang bekerja kurang dari 20 tahun dapat mendaftar dengan rekomendasi dari atasan terakhir yang masih aktif sebagai anggota.
• Pasangan resmi dari pengawai yang meninggal dunia.
• Pasangan resmi dari purnabakti yang meninggal dunia
